Guarantee

In all cases, we will be reasonable and responsive and will endeavour to give an excellent service.

All our products come with a two-year guarantee, except our batteries which have a five-year guarantee.  This guarantee shall only apply to defects that occur within the guarantee period, commencing from the date of purchase of the Goods and requires that:

  • You have proof of purchase
  • The faulty equipment is returned as instructed
  • That any faults or defects are not caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, tampering with the equipment other than installation in accordance with our published Installation Instructions, or any attempt at adjustment or repair other than through approved agents

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

1 If you have a problem within the guarantee period

1.1 If you have a problem with the Goods, please Contact Us.

1.2 If we cannot fix your problem, we will ask you to return the Goods to us.  If possible, please pack the Goods in their original packaging.

1.3 Where the Goods include a battery, please remove it from the battery holder and wrap securely to ensure it cannot discharge in transit.

1.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are received by us and we recommend using Special Delivery where appropriate.  We will inspect the Goods and, solely at our discretion, may opt to repair and/or replace the Goods.  We will refund your reasonable shipping costs and cover the cost of delivering the Goods back to you.

1.5 If the Goods are not found to be faulty, we will return the Goods to you at your expense, using a reputable delivery service.

2 If you have a problem after the guarantee period

2.1 If you have a problem with the Goods, please Contact Us.

2.2 At our discretion, we may offer advice to help you diagnose and fix the problem. 

2.3 If you cannot fix the problem, we may ask you to return the Goods to us at your expense.  If possible, please pack the Goods in their original packaging.

2.4 Where the Goods include a battery, please remove it from the battery holder and wrap securely to ensure it cannot discharge in transit.

2.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods are received by us and we recommend using Special Delivery where appropriate.  We will inspect the Goods and advise you whether repair is achievable and the cost to repair the Goods including their return to you. You will be given the choice whether to proceed with the repair.  If you choose not to repair, we will return the Goods to you at your expense using a reputable delivery service. 

2.6 If the Goods are not found to be faulty, we will return the Goods to you at your expense, using a reputable delivery service.
