Purchases for delivery in the UK are shipped using Royal Mail, with suitable insurance. European and Rest of the World deliveries are dispatched with Royal Mail or UPS and other, highly reliable delivery companies with tracking ability. We do not use low-cost couriers as we have found they cut too many corners. We'd rather spend our time building, developing and improving our products than chasing parcel deliveries.
We confirm every order directly with you and are happy to answer questions and give advice. Our products are assembled and tested on a batch basis and if we are out of stock on the web shop, please Contact Us and we will send you an invoice when we can fulfil your order. We will keep you informed on progress towards fulfilment. At certain times of the year this may take up to 28 days; we realise this may be inconvenient to you and so you are able to cancel your request at any time before payment. If you do change your mind, just drop us an email and there will be no hard feelings! We will reverse PayPal transactions within five working days unless we have a reasonable excuse for delay, such as it being a holiday period, which we will communicate to you.
Payment of the invoice will indicate our acceptance of your order. For custom products, lead time is usually up to fifteen working days to despatch your order from agreed design and for all other orders, we typically send you the tracking information for your delivery and post your purchase within three working days. We reserve the right to take up to ten working days to despatch such orders but rest assured, this is only because sometimes 'life happens'. We are as eager to get your parcel to you, as you are to receive it.
